(also called "中同华" in Chinese) was established in 1993, as the first asset appraisal company in Beijing to obtain Qualifications for Securities and Futures related Business. In 2007, China Alliance Appraisal was formed through the merger of the asset appraisal departments of the former Zhongrui Huahengxin CPA Firm, the former Yuehua CPA Firm, and the former Beijing Dewei Asset Appraisal Co. Ltd. Before the merger, all the three companies were qualified in securities and futures related business and had a long and strong history.
